- What type of wax do you use? (Soy, Palm/Paraffin blend)
- What kind of wicks are used in your candles? (Cotton or Wood)
- Are your fragrances natural essential oils or synthetic fragrance oils? ( All fragrances are 100% Essential oils, free of phthalates and non-toxic).
- What is the burn time for each candle size? Burn times are listed on labels and/or in the description of the candle.
- Are your candles safe for pets and children? Yes, but fire safety first, please ensure candles are kept safely away from pets and children.
- Do you offer unscented candles or other products like wax melts/room sprays? Any Candle can be requested unscented. Wax melts are offered. Diffusers will be added soon.
- How strong is the scent? (Candles Made by Paula attempts to add 10% of scent to each candle to ensure the proper scent throw carries.
- Can I change my scent or the color of the candle? (Yes, you can request a different scent and or color with any candle. Just sent us a request, and we will try to fulfill your order. If we are unable to get the color or scent, we will let you know before you place your order.
